Arlong the Saw is a sawshark fish-man and former captain of the the Arlong Pirates. He was once the highest bounty in East Blue before Luffy came along and defeated him. Arlong’s muscular, light-blue body is distinctly recognizable, but just in case you have trouble spotting him in a crowd, just look for the saw shaped nose and razor-sharp teeth.
