Former captain of the Bellamy Pirates and a master of the "Boing-Boing Fruit". He is also know as "Bellamy the Hyena.' His first appearance was two years ago, when he stopped by an island called Jaya on his way to the Sky Island, where he had a feud with Luffy, who told him about his dream. He was once given up by Doflamingo because of that incident, but he reached the Sky Island on his own and became a member of Doflamingo's group once again. He is now a prize winner of more than 100 million, and he enters the battle tournament not for the Frame-Frame Fruit, but to win and become an executive of the Doflamingo family.
