He is the king of Dressrosa and was used to be a menber of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. He ate "String-string Fruit" which made him a string human. He was from a family of World Noble, Celestial Dragons, but had desired to destory the world ruled by them because of his upbringing. This resulted him in being a broker in dark market selling weapons to instigate wars and conflicts arround the world. He was arrested by marine after being defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and his aliance.
