The Usopp Pirates are a group of kids playing pirates in Syrup Village. They’re led by Usopp who’s main contribution to the small town is spreading lies and warning people that dangerous pirates are coming. After dangerous pirates actually shows up, Usopp decides to try and live up to his own hype. Unfortunately, he can only hide while Luffy defeats the invaders. Usopp, now determined to become a real pirate himself, bids farewell to his crew of kids to join Luffy on his quest to find the One Piece treasure and become King of the Pirates.
